The Cowanesque Valley football team had to wait a few extra days to get their game in against Bucktail, but it didn't stop them from putting up a dominant performance.
The Indians scored 14 points in the first quarter and 14 more in the third on their way to a 34-0 win over the Bucks.
Seth Hyler started things at 2:25 of the first quarter with a two-yard touchdown run. The two-point try failed and it was 6-0.
With 28 seconds left in the opening quarter, Drew Brandes scored on a five-yard run, Matt Barber ran in the two-point try, and it was 14-0.
Barber had a 63-yard touchdown 13 seconds into the second half and Brandes ran in the two-point try to make it 22-0.
Brandes had his second touchdown, an 11-yard run, with just 1:07 later and the two-point try failed and it was 28-0.
With 1:42 left in the game, the Indians capped the win as Cole Grover hit Curtis Easton on a 17-yard touchdown pass. The two-point try failed, to make it 34-0.
Cowanesque Valley is at Penns Valley on Friday.
